I came across this How and Why Wonder Book on Florence Nightingale in an Op shop recently which sits nicely with the two I already have - Rockets and Missiles, and The Human Body.... This book has some great pictures including the one below titled The Nursing Profession Today.....
Florence Nightingale (12 May, 1820 - 13 August, 1910) was an English Nurse who came to prominence in the Crimean War (1853-1856) and was know as "The Lady of the Lamp"due to her night rounds..she improved conditions for patients and her principles are still the basis of nursing today..
